Plain terms for this site and the public demo. A paid proof of value has its own written offer.

bookinlay.com is a marketing site. Casa Marés is a fictional hotel. Bookings you confirm there are simulated and pay-at-property. No card is taken. They create no stay and no charge.

A conversation request is not a contract. A paid proof of value starts only after we send a scoped offer and you accept it. That offer names the property, the website, Apaleo, the fee, and what is excluded (other PMS, conversion guarantees, card collection unless we later agree).
