This describes what we actually collect now. It is not a counsel-approved policy for a later product.
If you request a conversation we collect your name, work email, hotel or company, hotel website, role, current PMS, whether you need card collection, optional notes, and the campaign source on the link you used (for example LinkedIn or X). Formspree delivers that to our domain mailbox. We do not send an automatic email back.
If you try Casa Marés and confirm a booking, the demo engine stores the name and email you typed so the confirmation screen can show. Those rows are discarded on a regular reset. We do not use demo checkout details for marketing. Mail from the demo engine is written to server logs, not sent to you.
We do not sell this information. To ask us to delete a request, write to the mailbox you received a reply from, or use the contact form.
